Circle of Life...

Ok, so the Liberals get full standing at the sponsorship inquiry. I'm fine with that, they are on trial pretty much, they deserve to say their side.... but why in the bloody hell are the tax payers paying for their lawyers? These people are on trial for giving OUR money to their friends and they get to defend ourselves while paying Liberal-friendly law firms potentially inflated rates? I cannot be the only person that sees something wrong with this. Maybe if they claim legal expenses of too high we can have another inquiry into that, and we can pay for their lawyers again! If the grits want us to pay the bill for their lawyers, let's give them a public defender, they are apparently good enough for citizens of the country, good enough for the government party.

Note: A few people have mentioned to me about my lack of posting recently... I'm working full time while taking two distance education classes and finals are coming up for both of them! (As well, I think my social life and the amount of NHL games being played have some type of inverse relationship - all you artsy grad students out there, if you want to use that as your phd thesis study, go ahead.)
